New Firefly install issues

I got a new computer (moved from WinXP to Win7x64).
I've installed FireFly 3.5 on the new computer and have 2 issues.

I opened an old project, and it compiled just fine, except that it won't open the EXE in the FF environment. I have to open it from the local folder and that runs OK.

Secondly, I started a brand new project with just a blank form. When I try to compile, I get an error 516:


any suggestions?

update:
I quit FF and re-opened and the blank form worked.
