Toolbar creation from ImageList

I would like to see the ability in FireFly to create toolbars using bitmaps from an image list. The present method of loading images directly from disk is very convenient but seems to limit the bitmap color depth to 16 colors. Or is there some other way around this?

I will have to look into this to see if it can be accomplished. I expect that it may be a little difficult at this point, but I'll check.
