Reallocation of meny space (height of form)

When adding a menu, the controls are all shiftet downwards, while the form stays the same size.
And if removing the menu, the controls shift (back) upwards, while the forms height does not change.

It would be neat if the form automaticly resized as much as the controls placement shifts up/down.

Btw: It would be nice to have the OK button assigned the default state (fetching Enter) in the dialog.
The use of default state on the OK button seems to be "missing" in several dialogs.
