Ignoring system font size setting.

Is there any way to ignore the system font size and keep everything the size you intended?  I know this isn't the preferred practice, but I've got a hobby program I'm sharing with a handful (or a few handfuls) of people at work.  95% use the standard settings, but a few use one of the larger ones.  These 5% can't see a number of textboxes that are required for use.  I'm guessing that it'd be easier to ignore the system font size than to resize and position for each situation.



System Font Size:

Display > Display Properties > Appearance > Font Size > (Normal, Extra Large, and Large)

Is it possible to do this with FireFly, or would it be something that FireFly handles behind the scenes?
