Opening project bug

If you open a project from the explorer window the project opens properly but several things won't work:

If you press <F8> the Functions Library opens but is empty.
The project will not compile.

I am not sure but I think this still worked in 3.03.

If Firefly is run and the project is run from within FF everything works ok.
Bug or feature?
