Handles and ID's selection

It would be an advantage to predetermine somewhere whether this project (or even at form level) the code style.
Using F4 quickly brings up the control, but then there is a need to decide "HWND" or "IDC" and I would think mostly only one of these choices would be used throughout a project and another mouse click could be eliminated by predetermining which to insert by default.  The choice could be left to override the default if required.  Only a small ask but would save many clicks in a heavily populated form.
