Toolbar and Josè Roca's include

Hi,
on Windows XP the FireFly toolbar with Josè Roca's include WinAPI 116/117 does not appear, on Seven, Vista Window 2008 work fine.

If change include file with PowerBASIC WinAPI work fine on all windows.

Any help is greatly appreciated
