First off, I really like this    ... especially the Filter By.

But thought you might want to know that on my screen the labels Filter By: and Sort By: have a light gray background instead of a white one like the dialog does.

Yeah, I told him that too, he must have forgot.  It isn't an XP theme thing either, cause they are colored no matter what.
