Procedure View and Full Module View

I may be going crazy but I can not find the toolbar to switch between Procedure View and Full Module View after updating to 1.06

It was removed a short time ago - it caused horrendous problems if you loaded a large project. Since Paul removed it those problems have disappeared.

Ah, no mention in the help file tho.
