SIGrid buttondown buttonup

With read only grid, I am trying to create a drag and drop row, by using the SIGrid Custom function to detect the buttonup and release messages.  I am successfully able to detect these messages, but unable to determine the RowColSelected when the left button is pressed versus when it is released using the lparam wparam.  Any thoughts appreciated.
