How do I delete bitmaps from toolbar buttons

Hi,
This might be a silly question, but here goes.
Having created a toolbar I added an unnecessary bitmap.
There seems to be no way to delete it.
I have looked through the forums and found no answer.
I have tried highlighting it and pressing del, using backspace etc.
Any ideas?

Hi Gary,

There is a command button on the Toobar Editor named "Organize". Press that button and another dialog will show allowing you to rearrange the button order, add or insert new buttons, or delete existing buttons.

So basically the technique is to delete the button, then recreate it.
