Form Window Snap To Grid During Resize

Would it be possible to have the form window snap to the grid (size defined in Tools > Environment Options > Visual Designer) during resizing?  Just like with the controls, you could always change the size in properties, but it would allow a quick way to keep consistent padding space between the form's controls and its border.
