Setting color at design time

I haven't been able to figure out how to get FireFly or Windows to remember the colors I add to the "custom' color palette when I'm designing a form.  The colors get lost between FireFly sessions.

I recently discovered the list of predefined RGB constants in PB.  It would be very cool if I could use them in the control properties window -- either type it in or pick it from a drop-down.
