3.08 crash

I downloaded firefly 3.08 the same day it was released but i I just finally installed it.
Unfortunately there were problems right away.

The first problem is that my labels dont appear, in the form, in fact my form was empty.
Then, when i went to see if it appeared in the tab list, something weird appeared in the list,
like a bunch of 's. When i clicked it... this happened:
