VirtualBox -How many OS's do you need

I ran into an interesting site.   VirtualBox    it allows you to setup virtual computers all running different OS's.   Might be handy for those that need to test on multiple platforms.   Here's the link:

I have been using this for years now and it works great! All of my machines are running Ubuntu as the main O/S and I am using Virtual Box for those few programs that require Windows....PB, EZGUI, Firefly, etc. My success with WINE has been hit and miss, but with Virtual Box, it runs all programs just as if they were being ran on a native machine. So far, I haven't found anything that doesn't run normal under it.
VB does require a valid version of Windows or other guest O/S to be installed....WINE doesn't.

Does VMWare require a copy of Windows also? I think I took a real brief look at it many moons ago.

Yes. A valid license is required. If using just for testing purposes look at MSDN OS subscription.  This gives access all OS versions including server. Install on any number of devices.  Worth it if you want to test with Server, Windows XP, Server 2008, Vista and Windows 7.
