Setting Properties Directly into Properties Grid

Specific Example:

I would like to be able to set the Resize Rules properties by typing directly into the properties grid without opening the resize rules dialog.  I would like to directly edit the "FL, FT, FR, FB".

This would also apply to some of the other properties.
