If you ever make it to Spain do not miss to visit the city of Valencia!

A beautiful city with a fantastic old part, great modern architecture, outstanding food, and much more. Also an outstanding place to start cruises in the Mediterranean Sea.

Unfortunately I did not get to the Restaurant Josè had recommended to me - but Valencia is full of good restaurants. An I am certainly going to spend some more time there in the future.

I cook with wine, sometimes I even add it to the food.

I'm glad you have enjoyed your travel.

I'd go to Span for the food alone. A light salad with cherry tomatoes fried with Chorizo drizzled over the top and served with fresh finger sized fish, seasoned with salt, pepper and Extra Virgin olive oil ...

Yep - the food is good!
But to enjoy it in a nice restaurant overlooking the sea, with some warm sun on your back - that certainly adds to it.

If you find it to warm and miss the feeling of Newfoundland, the door is always open to you here! 8o)

Anytime!

I'd think you'll feel quite at home here. It's all here but whales, glacier break-offs and American sports.
The climate should be quite up to par with what you're used to.
