rebar/ toolbar 2 pixels off

Hello Paul,

The drawing of the rebar/toolbar seems to be 2 pixels down in the exe files.
Is this a bug, something I did or a windows thing.
Look at the fireline drawn 2 pixels under the rebar/toolbar.

Hi Marc,

Weird issue. Check the "CCS_NODIVIDER" for the Rebar "Styles" popup. Having that style checked seems to remove the divider. I think that maybe that style is not being honored in the visual design environment causes you to think that you can nudge a control right immediately beneath the rebar.

I think it could also have something to do with 'themes' but I am not sure.
