The worst thing that can happen is that if I die I probably won't we able to update the headers anymore, unless they give me a computer and an internet conexion in the hell. But you have all the source, and if I die or have to abandon te project, you have my permission to update them.

Therefore, the risk is much lower than Bob not releasing new compilers or Paul not releasing new FireFlies.
