Web Browser Control resizing

I just did a small project using the Web Browser common control.   I write an HTML file, then call a form with the control on it pointing to the file.  I set the web browser control to resize with the form, but it does not seem to be honoring that.  Is there some thing I need to do first, or is there another method I have to use to resize the browser control?

Did you ever figure out a solution to this?

I'm about to try re-sizing a Web Browser control, and I was looking for any helpful hints...
