dual monitor

Hi Paul,

I work on a mac mini with parallels as window emulation. I have 2 monitors and my windows starts on the right side. I can move the programs like FF to the left if I want to. If I do this the ini file will have a few negative values with regards to the place where FF or other dialogs should start up the next time. Sometimes I will copy FF and project to an laptop (via dropbox) and then when I start FF,  everything is offscreen! I have to edit the ini file and set the values to 0 to get my dialogs back.
Would it be much to ask if you could automatically detect dual monitor and act accordingly.

Thanks Marc - I will put this in my bug tracker and see what I can implement for FF4.
