Drag and Drop resource file creator / visual viewer

Perhaps we have something like this...
A resource file maker where you can simply drag and drop any images, icons etc into and view them from Firefly like you would in a folder while in your project.

Using the DOT syntax in FF for loading a resource simply by saying for example:
FF_loadimage(hwnd_from1_image1, myresourcefile.image1)

Or something in that direction.
