In a way, it seems like Vivian is using Chris and his naivety to keep PB going and feeding him some info to post on the forums and buy more time.

Yes green tree is one of the scum buckets, so I been told. Third federal just service home loans, they use to have decent savings returns. They are based around where I live , the mistake on the lake.

From looking at these records and the dates, PB had been struggling for some time. Bob would mortgage the house to make payroll and keep the business afloat in between releases. New release, pay of the mortgage. Rinse and repeat.
