Visual Designer - Bottom and Right Not Displaying When Scrolled

Hi Paul, I hope this post finds you and yours well and safe.
As discussed in an earlier post (https://www.planetsquires.com/protect/forum/index.php?topic=4367.msg33729#msg33729), Visual Designer, when scrolling a full form does not display any controls when the controls are placed/positioned beyond the limits of the Designer even when WinFBE is maximized.
To see if the issue is a result of Windows 10, I installed WinFBE on an old Windows 7 Pro machine. Unfortunately, there was no change in the Visual Designer's behaviour.
BTW, this issue is very minor and is only slightly troublesome and only when designing large forms.

Yes, I still have that issue on my list. I did look at it several months ago and could not figure out why the area would not redraw correctly when scrolled. I was quite honestly baffled at the time. The issue remains on the "to-fix" list. :-)
