I wish fire fly would not close itself...

when adding a picture button, and then assigning an icon to it, it sets its size to zero. making the button useless.

when deleting the button, firefly crashes and exits.

the same happens if you try and copy  and paste another button. and change the picture to it.

its not fussy either any icon i try it breaks.

Are you using Windows 98 by any chance ?

Yes, it does seem to happen on Win98 machines. I thought that I had the problem fixed a long time ago. There seems to be a difference in the way that the Win9x and WinNT API's deal with setting the static control's image and size.

What version of FireFly are you using?

Arse,

well i have found a way around it, well i say  found, i have done it out or persiveriance.

Its just simply cutting and pasting other buttons from other forms.

seems to work ish if you are patient.

I can't even get image controls to show an image in the IDE, only in compiled app.
