Ok, I'll have to look for it again.  I ended up making a raw service template in PBwin IDE because I could never get an Interact with Desktop Service to exit gracefully when Windows was shutting down.  I can't remember what changes I was making trying to get it to work, so I have to find the right version and make sure it still works then I'll post it to my new ISP FTP.  Perhaps someone else can figure out the exiting.  I think when it is interactive it closes the app and the Service gets the terminate request and one is not working in the right order.  I had it to where closing it should shut down the service right, but it is like Windows is End Tasking me on Shutdown and pulls the rug out so to speak.  It still works fine, but usually on shutdown you hear a beep and sometimes it logs an event that it shutdown unexpectedly.
