DTN_DATETIMECHANGE Problem

The problem I am having is the DTN_DATETIMECHANGE function is not being called when I use JR Include Files in the Project Properties, but it works fine using PB Include files.

Has anyone experience this problem. It can easily be recreated.

I downloaded and installed Jose Roca's WinAPI_115 and that fixed the problem.
