Winlift

I downloaded winlift 4.85 (from Jose's site) but didn't see the documentation for this version. Where can I find it? Also is says it now supports FF3, I assume thats in the documentation. If not are there samples? I searched the forum here but all post were from before the date of 4.85 release so I don't know if they apply.
