Jose Roca's Include Files

I have installed FireFly 3.  I want to convert my programs (that use activex) from FF2 to FF3.  In the  video tutorials it was mentioned that I need to use Jose Roca's Include Files for using activex controls.  I clicked on the link that appears when I start FF3.  However, I was unable to download the files from Jose Roca's website.

When I tried to register, I got a message "Registration is disabled".

Is there any way to obtain Include Files that will work with FF3 and PBWin 9 ?
