Listview to Excel

Hi
Does anyone have an easy example how to export all the contents of a listview to an Excel sheet?
It would be nice if one can just send all the data straight to Excel or delimited text file for Ms Word to use in mailing lists.
The Listview to TXT file I can do, but getting it straight to Excel I still make a huge mess.
