Project notes/todo

It would be nice to have the project notes (optionally?) act in the same manner as modules, and be presented as a tab instead of floating above and obstructing the code window.

Yes, I'd also like to see the Show White Space option in my source code as it is in Project Notes.  As it is right now I have to limit the cursor to the text with the editor option, then when I click outside my text or push End a couple times I can see if my lines have extra trailing characters.
