Resize Question

Hi All,

I am progressing with my latest application written in FF, however I have one little niggly problem. I have a main form with a toolbar, treeview, siGrid and status bar. I have placed code in the forms resize function to resize the treeview and siGrid when the form is resized by the user. The problem I have seems to be that the results are different under win98se and XP.

I would like to just ask this as a general question, how do people get around this sort of problem.
