wordlistfile like Ultraedit

I would be helpful to add a own wordlistfile like Ultraedit in FF.
If you write a word like %WM_LBUT... - with CTRL+Space you get the
wordlist to select the right word.

Is this word list filled by the editor by parsing project files or is it a list manually maintained by the programmer? This would work much like code tips does right now for the functions, right? Sounds like a good idea to me.
